Do you want to do challenging work for a growing MSP? Midnight Blue is looking for a Level 3 Engineer who will complete diverse projects, manage client networks, resolve technical incidents, and provide great customer service. This is an on-site opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You'll Do:

Project Work - Be a primary resource on various technology initiatives
Sales Engineering – Network and security recommendations and scoping
Troubleshooting - Provide root cause analysis and solutions to ongoing issues
Documentation - Create processes and record client environments accurately

Proficiencies You'll Need:

Routing and Switching - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
Virtualization - VMware, Hyper-V
Cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Endpoint Security - EDR tools and MDM platforms
Network Security - Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies
Cloud Migrations - Full migration and hybrid solutions
Microsoft Technologies – Sharepoint and M365
