We're looking for an L1/L2 IT Support Technician to join our team in Reynoldsburg, OH.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems
- Use backup and recovery tools and perform basic firewall administration
- Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols
- Manage client requests using CRM and ticketing systems
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Skills You'll Need
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new technologies and expand your skill set
- 1–3 years of hands-on PC support experience
- Microsoft 365 (Office 365) experience
- General knowledge of PC hardware, cloud services, networking, and business applications
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$25/hour, based on experience
